Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Account Officer or Relationship Manager in financial institutions.
• Strong sales, marketing and credit background.
• Experience in account solicitation and account management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new commercial/SME customers for the bank.
• Develop strategies to drive portfolio growth.
