Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a banking professional to drive commercial loan growth in the Philippines. The role focuses on generating new loans, expanding the existing portfolio, and cross-selling products while maintaining asset quality.

You will build strong client relationships, adhere to bank policies, and contribute to portfolio profitability through proactive account management. Experience in cash handling and banking operations is a plus; a business-related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related course; accounting graduates are an advantage.
• Exposure to cash handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial loans for the Bank and develop the existing loan portfolio while maintaining asset quality; provide professional account management to meet portfolio growth and profitability objectives.
• Cross-sell bank products and services; establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers within bank policies and regulations.
• Manage and monitor cash-in vault operations including deposits, cash pickups, cash cube operations, ATM cash loading, outward clearing, reconciliation of billings and extended vault transactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory guidelines.
