Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a capable professional to support absentee coverage in our banking divisions. You will act in various Service roles during the absence and ensure strict adherence to bank policies and AMLA/regulatory rules, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of operation.

The role requires a 4-year degree in business or a service-oriented field, with knowledge of bank policies and branch procedures.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business or service industry is required.
• Experience in banking operations is preferred.
• Sales/marketing experience in a bank is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting Service Manager, Service Officer, Service Associate, or Service Associate-Pickup Teller in the team’s absence.
• Assist in compliance reviews on a case-by-case basis as directed by the Regional Service Head.
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as investigations, account reconciliation, ATM duties, etc. as assigned by the District Service Head.
• Ensure BC transactions comply with bank policies and the Operations Manual.
