Job summary

Deployed Philippines is seeking a highly organized Client Case Reviewer and Administrator in Pasig to support our UK-time operations. The role focuses on professional client reviews, detailed documentation, and seamless case progression across channels.

You will manage inquiries, coordinate with clients to obtain required documents, and maintain accurate electronic filings while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing administrative, reviewer, or case-management role.
• BPO experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone manner; British accent preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Comfort using WhatsApp for business communications and video calls.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client review meetings via WhatsApp video calls and document findings accurately.
• Review client circumstances and documents to ensure completeness before progression.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls delivering professional client service.
• Liaise with clients to obtain missing information for case progression.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and review findings.
• Organize and file client documentation within internal systems.
• Manage client communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant before progression.
• Prioritize workload in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues while owning individual caseloads.
