Job summary

Deployed in Pasig, Philippines is seeking an Underwriting Support Specialist to manage underwriting administration, trackers, and CRM for reference. You will assist the Lead Underwriter with new business, renewals, reviews, endorsements and cancellations in line with policies and procedures.

You will respond to policy inquiries by email, support internal and external advisers, and maintain accurate records. Strong English, attention to detail, and team collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills and an ability to effectively manage all aspects of underwriting inquiries.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to listen, digest information and report concisely for various audiences.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to process updates to meet business needs.
• Team player with minimal supervision and good time management.
• Experience with Google Sheets is preferred; familiarity with underwriting workflows helps.

Responsibilities

• Complete underwriting/administrative duties and maintain trackers/spreadsheets/CRM for reference.
• Assist Lead/Senior Underwriter in processing new business, renewals, reviews, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Respond to email policy inquiries from Clients, Staff, & Insurers.
• Provide support to Internal and External Advisers for underwriting issues.
