Job summary

You will review billing setup cases end-to-end, ensure service levels, and apply strong risk discipline while coordinating with stakeholders to drive timely resolutions.

Responsibilities include documenting outcomes, supporting performance reporting, and maintaining SOPs to reflect new policies. Shift: 2pm-11pm PHT.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of investor services products (custody, fund administration, fund accounting) relevant to billing setup and operational support.
• Basic accounting knowledge to support accurate review and validation of billing-related setups.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and deliver work against critical deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose practical resolutions.
• Risk and control awareness, including ability to prioritize work based on impact and urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively to achieve shared team goals.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned client billing setup cases thoroughly and complete reviews within defined service level agreements.
• Identify issues, risks, or control gaps and elevate promptly to ensure appropriate oversight and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with risk and control stakeholders to support effective risk mitigation and adherence to required controls.
• Document review outcomes clearly and maintain accurate case records.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve client experience.
• Support routine performance and quality metrics reporting for the team.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures to reflect new policies and ongoing risk management activities.
• Represent the team in forums, discussions, and working sessions as needed.
