Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years in quality management or quality assurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Experience documenting regulatory complaint and conduct risk indicators.
• Ability to analyze evidence and apply critical thinking.
• Clear written and verbal communication; summarize findings for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive process efficiencies to support business objectives.
• Improve the control environment through QA practices.
• Produce data-driven reports to support coaching and performance management.
• Perform quality reviews across multiple workstreams.
• Manage quality activities for projects within schedule and budget expectations.
• Lead calibration sessions and escalate quality issues.
• Review project documentation and deliver QA artifacts.
• Validate testing coverage and traceability.
• Communicate quality results and trends to stakeholders.
• Collaborate to resolve control gaps and support dispute resolution.
