Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Specialist within Consumer and Community Banking Controls to support the Directed Email Monitoring team. You will execute controls testing against defined criteria, document evidence, and summarize outcomes for stakeholders.

You will identify root causes, propose corrective actions, and collaborate across business units to strengthen the control environment while maintaining audit-ready documentation and clear communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to produce audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute controls testing against defined criteria; document steps, evidence and outcomes.
• Analyze results to identify root causes and risk implications; suggest corrective actions.
• Draft findings with recommendations; maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Present concise summaries to stakeholders and participate in feedback sessions.
• Perform second-level reviews when required and manage escalations.
