Job summary

JP Morgan Chase in Metro Manila is seeking a Client Billing Operations Quality Verification Associate to review assigned client billing setup cases end-to-end, ensuring timely completion within SLAs and applying strong risk and control discipline. You will elevate issues with stakeholders, support risk mitigation, document outcomes, and contribute to process improvements that reduce manual work while improving client experience.

Shift: 2pm-11pm PHT.

• Document review outcomes clearly and maintain accurate case records.

• Support routine performance and quality metrics reporting for the team.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures to reflect new policies and ongoing risk management activities.
• Represent the team in forums, discussions, and working sessions as needed.
