We combine paid media, creative strategy, and strong client relationships to deliver measurable results. We're a fast-moving, collaborative team that values accountability, clear communication, and people who take ownership of their work.
Client Account Manager
We're looking for a talented Client Account Manager to oversee our lead generation accounts, build strong client relationships, and ensure our campaigns and internal teams are aligned on delivering results.
This is a client-facing role that requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned lead generation clients.
- Lead weekly client calls, performance reviews, and strategy discussions with confidence and professionalism.
- Build strong, trusting relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-through.
- Manage client expectations, address concerns, and communicate challenges before they become larger issues.
- Provide clear meeting recaps, action items, and regular account updates.
- Understand each client's business, goals, target audience, and definition of success.
2. Account Strategy & Performance
- Oversee lead generation accounts across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Work closely with media buyers to understand campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including CPL, CPA, conversion rates, lead quality, and return on ad spend where applicable.
- Translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop testing strategies, campaign improvements, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure marketing strategies align with each client's broader business objectives.
3. Project Management & Execution
- Coordinate with media buying, creative, and operations teams to ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Track project timelines, priorities, deadlines, and outstanding action items.
- Ensure client requests and feedback are communicated clearly to the appropriate internal teams.
- Identify potential roadblocks and proactively work toward solutions.
- Maintain accurate and organized account documentation within internal project management systems.
4. Reporting & Accountability
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Communicate not just what the numbers are, but what they mean and what we're doing next.
- Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and easy for clients to understand.
- Identify trends, performance concerns, and opportunities for account growth.
- Take ownership of account communication, client satisfaction, and the overall client experience.
- Escalate risks or recurring issues to leadership when necessary.
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing or performance marketing agency.
- Experience managing lead generation clients and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation marketing strategies.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience leading client-facing calls, presenting performance results, and managing client expectations.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to write clear, professional emails, meeting recaps, reports, and client-facing documentation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable interpreting campaign performance metrics and discussing results with clients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with media buyers, creative teams, and leadership.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership without constant supervision.
- Must be available to work Eastern Standard/Eastern Time (EST/ET) business hours.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote agency environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with landing pages, lead funnels, conversion tracking, and marketing automation.
- Experience with Zapier, Slack, Asana, or similar project management tools.
- Experience managing clients across multiple industries or service-based businesses.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, reporting dashboards, and attribution tracking.
- Experience identifying account expansion or upselling opportunities.
Who We're Looking For

- Understands how to balance client expectations with internal team capabilities.
- Thinks strategically and looks beyond individual tasks to understand the bigger picture.
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Knows how to turn complex marketing information into conversations clients can actually understand.
