They are looking for a highly analytical, hands-on Senior Media Buyer who can independently plan, execute, scale, and optimize direct-response B2B lead-generation campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
This is an execution-heavy performance marketing role for someone who enjoys managing ad accounts directly, testing ad creative, analyzing conversion funnels, and driving qualified B2B leads at target Cost-per-Acquisition (CPA) thresholds.
This is not a high-level strategy or brand marketing position. The successful candidate will be expected to handle the full media buying workflow, from account setup, audience targeting, and budget allocation to ad creative testing, landing page audit, tracking configuration, and daily reporting.
The Senior Media Buyer will manage day-to-day performance marketing activities across all paid acquisition channels.
Approximately 80-85% of the role will focus on campaign execution, ad management, creative testing, and audience optimization, with approximately 15-20% focused on reporting, tracking maintenance, landing page reviews, and documentation.
The ideal candidate can take a campaign brief or offer, build targeted audience segments, launch structured campaigns, continuously test creative, and optimize spend based on real performance data.
The successful candidate should be comfortable managing ad spend independently, testing hypotheses, reacting to performance drops quickly, and driving bottom-line lead growth without needing step-by-step instructions.
