Job summary

JPMorganChase in Manila is seeking a Client Account Management Analyst to support day-to-day client servicing across a broad range of investment solutions. You will coordinate with internal partners to complete account maintenance, reporting, and service requests accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience in client servicing, operations, account management, or related role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate priorities across multiple teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for reports and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams.
• Sound judgment and attention to detail when processing requests and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Support client account managers by coordinating across internal partners to deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Process and track account maintenance requests, including onboarding support, cash activity support, reporting setup, fee and billing setup, guideline setup, and contact maintenance.
• Coordinate requirements and follow-ups with partners such as investment specialists, portfolio management teams, trading, cash management, guideline management, and client reporting teams.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc client reports and service materials using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Maintain accurate documentation and a clear audit trail for completed activities.
• Ensure work is completed in line with regional procedures, including quality checks and timely escalation of issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve servicing workflows, reduce errors, and enhance the overall client experience.
• Communicate updates, deadlines, and dependencies clearly across multiple teams.
