Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in cinema, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing ops.
• Strong people management and customer service skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in basic MS Office and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cinema operations, including opening/closing, screenings, lobby, theaters, and guest areas.
• Lead and monitor cinema staff, including scheduling, deployment, attendance, coaching, and performance.
• Ensure timely and smooth movie screenings, including proper theater prep and showtime execution.
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly address guest concerns and requests.
• Monitor ticketing, concessions, merchandise, and other transactions for accuracy and controls.
• Coordinate with maintenance, security, mall operations to resolve concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare daily operational reports covering attendance, sales, incidents.
• Assist in promotions, events, premieres, and other cinema or mall activities.
• Support training, onboarding, and development of cinema personnel.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue.
