Job description

Role Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Cinema Operations Associate to supervise the overall operations of our cinema and snack bar. In this role, you will be directly responsible for ensuring top-tier moviegoer experiences, driving sales performance, overseeing facility and equipment maintenance, and leading on-site personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Supervision & Guest Experience
  • Oversee daily end-to-end operations across both the cinema complex and snack bar counters.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Implement standard operating procedures, enforce company rules and regulations, and train line personnel under your supervision.
• Sales, Strategy & Financials
  • Monitor daily sales for both cinema tickets and snack bar concessions, preparing timely performance reports.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets for the cinema and snack bar, while continuously tracking budget performance.
  • Recommend booking policies and strategies in close coordination with the corporate booking manager.
• Facility & Equipment Oversight
  • Ensure full functionality, safety, and efficiency of all cinema projection/sound equipment and snack bar appliances.
  • Conduct routine physical inspections to maintain strict standards of cleanliness and operational readiness across all auditoriums and concession areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Marketing, or any equivalent field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of relative work experience in cinema operations, entertainment venue management, or food and beverage/retail operations.
