Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cinema Operations Manager to take charge of the overall operational excellence, sales tracking, and guest experience across our cinema facilities and snack bar operations.

This leadership role ensures seamless daily venue management, high service standards, and efficient equipment upkeep while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Team Leadership

  • Supervise overall cinema complex and snack bar operations to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
  • Implement standard operating procedures, enforce company rules and regulations, and train staff members.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.

• Sales, Strategy & Financial Performance

  • Track and monitor daily sales across cinema ticket counters and the snack bar, generating analytical performance reports.
  • Prepare the annual budget for cinema and concession operations, maintaining oversight of ongoing budget execution.
  • Recommend booking policies and movie scheduling strategies alongside the corporate booking manager.

• Facilities & Equipment Management

  • Maintain the efficiency, safety, and functionality of all cinema tech equipment and facility infrastructure.
  • Conduct routine physical checks to ensure cleanliness, regulatory compliance, and smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relative work experience in cinema, entertainment, or retail/hospitality operations.

• Core Competencies:
