Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of cinema operations management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and SAP or Oracle.
• Strong written and spoken communication, negotiation and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cinema operations including screenings, manpower, snack bar operations, customer concerns, and facility readiness.
• Support budgeting, reporting, cash handling, and performance monitoring to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support promotions, events, rentals, and partnerships that drive cinema revenue and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide hands-on support across cinema operations and other business needs as required.
