Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) for a large-scale real estate development organization. The role drives people strategy across corporate, construction, and project operations, aligning HR capabilities with growth and delivery objectives.

As CHRO, you will lead talent acquisition, development, compensation, employee relations, and workforce planning while partnering with the CEO and executive team to shape organizational design and culture across multiple sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA or Master's degree is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business expansion and project pipelines.
Partner with CEO and executive committee to shape organizational structure and workforce planning.
Lead strategic hiring initiatives for corporate and site-based roles including engineers, project managers, sales teams, and operational staff.
Design leadership development and succession planning programs to strengthen managerial capability.
Define and promote organizational culture aligned with performance, safety, accountability, and collaboration.
Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR operations including HRIS and payroll.
