You will shape go-to-market strategy, coach a large field-based sales team, and partner with product, marketing, finance, and operations to deliver revenue targets.

This role combines leadership with hands-on field work (onsite 1x/week) and extensive travel, offering high-visibility impact in a respected market leader within learning solutions.

Formación

• Proven experience building B2B sales strategies and revenue plans.
• Strong track record managing sales performance and commercial priorities.
• Experience in building customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into decisions.
• Confident presenting commercial updates to internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel: 1x onsite per week and 4x field work.
