Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Management (MBA is an advantage).
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
• Extensive leadership experience managing large, cross-functional sales and customer-facing teams.
• Strong background in developing and executing go-to-market, sales and growth strategies.
• Experience building high-performing teams and fostering accountability and results.
• Demonstrated ability to manage key stakeholder relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Strong analytical, financial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience leading transformation, change initiatives, or business expansion is highly preferred.
