Job summary

Our Clients in Cebu City is seeking a Human Resources Head to lead the organization’s HR strategy and oversee talent acquisition, compensation and employee relations. The role focuses on building a high-performing, inclusive workforce aligned with business goals.

You will direct end-to-end HR operations, drive leadership development, succession planning, learning initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, BA or related field.
• MBA is required.
• 15+ years of proven experience in general facets of HR, including 5+ years as HR Head.
• End-to-end HR management experience; industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's overall HR strategy.
• Lead all HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and HR administration.
• Design and drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and employee engagement.
• Ensure effective performance management processes and leadership guidance.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Promote a positive employee experience fostering engagement, diversity and inclusion.
