Responsabilités

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple entities using QuickBooks.
• Track real-time cash flow across companies and personal accounts.
• Build real-time dashboards to track financial KPIs.
• Oversee payroll processing via Gusto; ensure accuracy.
• Design and implement SOPs and automated workflows.
