Table Group Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf stores in the Philippines, driving guest experience, profitability, and strong team leadership across locations.

You will coach Store Managers, ensure compliance with standards, and partner with support functions to implement company initiatives and enhance performance. Will travel regularly to assigned stores to lead transformation and culture building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, HR or related field.
• Proven cafe/restaurant/hospitality management experience (min 5 years).
• Experience leading multiple locations and developing store leadership teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple store locations to achieve operational excellence, sales growth, profitability, and guest experiences.
• Coach Store Managers and Deputies to maximize leadership effectiveness and succession planning.
• Drive business performance by analyzing sales, labor, and financial results to close gaps.
• Ensure adherence to operating standards, policies, and safety standards across all stores.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, People & Organization and Training to implement initiatives.
