You will work closely with the Founder/CEO, align departments, and run regular operating and accountability meetings. The role requires strong communication, judgment, and the ability to move between high-level strategy and day-to-day detail.

Responsibilities

• Track progress against company and departmental goals and hold team members accountable for commitments.
• Identify gaps between targets and actual performance, diagnose why objectives are off track, and develop practical solutions.
• Surface problems early and ensure timely delivery by cross-functional coordination.
• Lead or facilitate regular operating and accountability meetings with clear decisions, owners, and next steps.
• Build and improve processes, systems, dashboards, and workflows.
• Help prioritize competing initiatives and protect the team from unnecessary work.
