Job summary

Tomo Izakaya Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Head Chef to support daily kitchen operations under the Head Chef. You will supervise the kitchen team during shifts and help ensure efficient, consistent service.

The ideal candidate has experience in Japanese cuisine, relevant culinary qualifications, and a passion for great food and service. You will train new staff, manage rosters, and contribute to the development and execution of new menu items.
