Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters; monitor portion size and garnish.
• Maintain food logs and ensure proper food quality and quantity.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; coach staff.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures; report maintenance needs and safety concerns.
