Marriott Hotel Manila is seeking a Kitchen Associate to prepare and portion ingredients, wash produce, weigh and mix ingredients, and cook according to recipes and quality standards. You will operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers, test food, monitor temperatures, and ensure proper portions and presentation.

You will follow all safety policies, maintain a clean station, communicate clearly with teammates, build positive relationships, and be able to stand and lift up to 25 pounds

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients and portion food according to recipes.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
• Maintain food quality and proper temperatures.
• Set up and break down workstation and equipment.
• Wash and sanitize kitchen surfaces and tools.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards.
