Job summary
Swissôtel Clark in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines seeks a Chef De Partie to oversee kitchen sections and supervise subordinates to meet standards. The role provides operational support to senior chefs and aims to maximize guest satisfaction while protecting hotel assets.
You will perform duties courteously, safely, and efficiently, adhering to Swissôtel Clark policies to maintain the highest level of service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant kitchen experience.
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
- Culinary school certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee individual operational aspects of respective kitchen sections.
- Provide operational support to the Jr. Sous Chef, Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
- Ensure courteous, safe and efficient service in line with hotel policies.
