You will handle chat inquiries, provide accurate information, document interactions, and maintain quality standards while adapting to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• With or without BPO experience are welcome.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and online applications.
