• Document customer interactions comprehensively and maintain detailed records in the company system.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in all customer interactions.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Meet performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance service delivery and support team objectives.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing development programmes to improve skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain a professional demeanour and positive attitude whilst managing multiple customer requests.
