Qualifications

• Strong written English with a focus on grammar and clarity.
• Basic computer proficiency and a typing speed of at least 30-35 WPM.
• Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Previous BPO experience is welcomed but not mandatory.
