FIS Global Solutions Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Chargeback Analyst to research and resolve customer disputes in the BPO/financial sector. You will perform detailed transaction research, document actions, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while aiming to meet KPI targets.

You will liaise with merchants, cardholders and third parties, handle queue-based requests, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining high quality and accuracy in every interaction.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in BPO/financial/banking domain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Results oriented with customer focus.
• Ability to research, analyze and resolve disputes.
• Resilience and motivation with problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Research and resolve customer chargebacks with detailed transaction analysis.
• Document actions including calls to merchants and cardholders.
• Apply bank/card industry regulations to disputes.
• Meet KPI/SLA targets and provide written responses.
• Liaise with customers/third parties and handle Section 75 and related disputes.
