You will conduct thorough transaction analysis, document interactions, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while maintaining high-quality service.

The role emphasizes customer focus, effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to work with merchants and cardholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in BPO/Financial/Banking domain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Financial/Banking domain experience is not required but preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Results orientation and customer focus.
• Ability to foster relationships and negotiate when needed.
• Demonstrated resilience, motivation, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve customer chargebacks with detailed transaction analysis.
• Document actions taken including calls to merchants and cardholders.
• Apply bank and card industry regulations to resolve disputes.
• Potentially compile statistics on chargebacks for identifying patterns.
• Meet KPI targets per SLA and quality standards.
• Liaise with customers and third parties via inbound/outbound calls.
• Process additional dispute requirements including Section 75.
