Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in BPO/financial domains, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a focus on accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO/financial/banking domain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in financial/banking domain is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve customer chargebacks with detailed transaction analysis.
• Document actions taken, including calls to merchants, cardholders, and others.
• Apply banking and card industry regulations in dispute resolution.
• Meet KPI targets and SLA quality standards; liaise with customers and third parties.
