Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
• 5-7 years in channel operations, sales ops, or partner program mgmt in cybersecurity/tech.
• Analytical and reporting skills with Excel/Sheets, CRM and BI tools.
• Strong organization, communication and process orientation.
• Proven ability to deliver live trainings/presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Americas Channel Partner Program alignment with global strategy.
• Oversee partner onboarding, training tracking and certification management.
• Collaborate with Channel Marketing and Enablement to improve partner processes and materials.
• Manage Partner Program dashboards and provide channel reporting insights.
• Maintain partner data across CRM/PRM and marketplace systems for accuracy.
• Triage Salesforce Channel support cases and identify process improvements.
