Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Channel Sales Manager in Taguig City, Metro Manila. The role leads a dedicated POS network for credit card acquisition, coordinating with CRM, Risk, and Marketing to optimize campaigns and incentives.

You will develop multi-channel sales plans across branch, mall-based, and on-field channels, track performance metrics, and coach sales teams to improve activation and usage while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail sales, account management or related fields.
• Experience in dynamic product management and marketing campaigns.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams).

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a dedicated POS sales network for credit card acquisition to meet targets.
• Collaborate with CRM, Risk, Marketing to roll out campaigns and incentives.
• Develop and execute multi-channel sales plans (branch, mall-based, on-field).
• Monitor sales performance metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and optimize targeting.
• Coach sales personnel to improve productivity and conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with risk policies and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular POS visits to oversee operations and identify issues.
• Manage end-to-end customer acquisition from lead generation to activation.
