HRTx Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Head of Sales to lead Consumer Banking and Credit Card sales. You will drive acquisition, merchant partnerships, and multi-channel execution, while ensuring BSP-compliant operations and strong performance analytics.

The role oversees Sales Managers and Account Managers, designs incentives, and partners with Risk and Marketing. Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in sales leadership within banking or card services, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance is required.
• 8–10 years of sales leadership experience in consumer banking or credit cards.
• Experience in managing large-scale, multi-branch or outsourced sales operations.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams (Product, Risk, Marketing).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Sales Managers and Account Managers to drive credit card acquisition and consumer loan disbursement.
• Oversee merchant/retailer partnerships and co-branded programs with 0% installment offerings.
• Drive multi-channel coordination across telesales, DSAs, and POS networks while ensuring BSP compliance.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor approvals, activations, and spend, aligning with risk.
