Home Credit Philippines is seeking a District Sales Manager to oversee multiple store operations, build dealer relationships, and lead Sales Associates. You will manage staffing, training, and shift planning while ensuring compliance with company policies and risk controls.

This role emphasizes field work and strategic sales initiatives across districts. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail or distribution, 1+ year of team leadership, and strong MS Office skills.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in retail sales or distribution of products/services.
• At least 1 year leading a team of 5+ people.
• Experience planning and executing sales/marketing strategies with measurable results.
• Field work experience from a fixed location.
• Computer literacy, especially MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Visit POS stores twice weekly and maintain dealer relationships.
• Ensure quality of sales performance and drive quality initiatives.
• Control and improve sales point efficiency.
• Execute risk controls to prevent fraud.
• Hire and train Sales Associates in skills and sales techniques.
• Plan shifts for Sales Associates, including weekends and peak seasons.
• Check compliance with POS regulations.
