Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Junior Officer in the CBS - Credit Card Sales Division to drive card acquisitions through consultative selling across corporate partnerships, booths in offices and strategic locations.

The role requires proactive pursuit of acquisition opportunities, promotion of digital application fulfillment, and diligent reporting on market trends. Office location is MCC and the position is full-time.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage corporate clients and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve card acquisition targets monthly, quarterly, and annually using available resources.

• Generate quality turn-ins, approvals, and CPA based on metrics.
• Manage the ratio of Premium to Non-Premium card acquisitions.
• Provide periodic competitive reports and trends to head office.

Job Summary:

The position is responsible for soliciting credit card applications through consultative selling via different acquisitions models e.g. corporate selling and partnerships, booth selling activities in offices and in strategic locations, along with other similar acquisition activities set by the Management.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures the achievement of card acquisition targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis utilizing all available resources to maximize sales opportunities and drive program execution.
• Promote the adoption of digital application fulfillment.
• Pro-actively participates in the identification of acquisition opportunities in alternative channels such as Corporate engagement programs, partnerships, collaborations to differentiate Metrobank vs competition.
• Generate quality turn-ins, approval and CPA, based on the agreed metrics
• Manage the ratio of Premium to Non-Premium card acquisition
• Periodic competitive reports and trends to be provided to head office based on insights, feedback and observations on ground
• Escalate issues to his Immediate Supervisor/ Unit Head that may result to Bank risk.
• Perform projects/ responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
