Job summary

Amazon is hiring Team leads for our transportation team in Maharashtra. The role focuses on market mapping, account management, field visits, and training to scale Amazon's store partnerships. You will lead a multi-layer team, drive performance against delivery metrics, and publish routine reports on store performance.

The position requires an undergraduate degree or enrollment and prior sales experience. A customer-obsessed, fast-paced environment with ownership is expected.

Qualifications

• Are enrolled in or have completed an Undergraduate degree.
• Experience working in a sales role is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Market mapping and acquisition of potential retail stores in the assigned territory.
• Account management and driving growth of channel partners/stores with Amazon.
• Field visits to stores on daily/weekly/monthly cadence.
• Deliver training and coaching on Amazon processes and SOPs.
• Publish routine reporting on stores performance and recommendations.
