Job summary

We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager in Quezon City to oversee partner relationships and drive channel growth onsite at a Philippine-based manufacturing company.

Salary ranges Php 90,000–Php 100,000 with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule; work setup is onsite in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Channel Sales.
• 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Background in Tech, SaaS, or HVAC preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and PRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic partner relationships, develop sales programs, and provide training to maximize partner sales performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, resolve channel conflicts, and ensure alignment with company policies.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
• Manage sales pipelines, track forecasts, and monitor partner performance against established quotas using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Train partner teams on products, value propositions, and sales techniques.
