Job summary

The role requires 1–5 years in sales/account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel occasionally. Relocation or work in Commonwealth Avenue is required, and CRM proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Admin, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales account management, business development and customer service.
• Strong account management, business development and pipeline management skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems, sales dashboards and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales by identifying and developing new clients and converting opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating sales by identifying and developing new clients, converting qualitied opportunities into purchase orders.
• Managing existing accounts to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Engages regularly with clients through visits, presentations, and plant tours, handles inquiries, and RFQs promptly.
• Monitors quotations, sales orders, deliveries, and collections.
• Coordinates closely with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment, provides proactive post-sales support, resolves customer concerns, and prevents service issues, contributing to customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and overall organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1-5 years of experience in sales account management, business development, and customer service.
• With strong account management, business development, and pipeline management skills.
• With exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems, sales dashboards, and Microsoft Office.
• Additional certifications in sales, account management, or project management are considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Willing to relocate or work in Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.
