JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for designing and executing change management strategies to facilitate adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure effective transitions across systems, processes, and organizational structures. Works closely with cross-functional teams to assess impact, align stakeholders, and support readiness through strategic communication and targeted training. Continuously monitors and evaluates change initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to refine approaches and ensure long-term sustainability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute change management strategies to drive successful organizational transformation.
• Identify and manage key stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and engagement throughout the change process.
• Analyze and mitigate resistance to change by implementing proactive risk management and contingency plans.
• Facilitate the adoption of new systems, tools, and technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Align change initiatives with business goals, operational priorities, and strategic plans.
• Track and report change adoption metrics, employee engagement, and project success KPIs.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for audits, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all change initiatives comply with industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
• Promote a culture of innovation and adaptability by supporting employees through transitions.
• Provide coaching, training, and resources to help teams and leaders manage change effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4-year related course
