Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Change Management Officer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives at St. Luke’s Medical Center. This includes helping shape and implement change strategies, performing change impact assessments, supporting communications, coordinating training, and helping stakeholders successfully transition to new ways of working—especially in the context of digital and operational change.

Key Functions

• Support the design and execution of change management plans (communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness assessments).
• Conduct change impact, risk assessment and stakeholder analyses across projects.
• Develop change management documentation: plans, presentations, reports, talking points, FAQs, user guides.
• Track change readiness, adoption metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
• Assist in planning and coordinating training, knowledge transfers, town halls, workshops, and roadshows.
• Work closely with different teams to identify pain points and support needs during the transition.
• Support project teams in embedding change management best practices into project delivery.
• Maintain change risk/issues logs and flag resistance or engagement gaps.
• Help champion a people-first approach to digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a change management, HR, communications, or project support role.
