Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our Project Management Office and lead the people side of regional transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia and China. You will work with project teams, business leaders, and HR to ensure employees are prepared for change and to drive adoption of new systems and ways of working.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Change Management, OCM, Enterprise Transformation, or related discipline.
• Proven experience leading change initiatives within large transformation programmes.
• Experience managing regional or multi-country projects across Asia.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence leaders across functions and cultures.
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Workday, Oracle, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Exposure to organizational design, business process improvement, shared services, or workforce transformation is an advantage.
• Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent Change Management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people side of regional transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia and China.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to support successful implementation and adoption of transformation projects.
• Conduct change impact assessments and develop business readiness plans.
• Partner with Functional Leads to establish current-state operational baselines and define success measures to measure the impact and outcomes of transformation initiatives.
• Partner with PMO, business leaders, and HR to support role redesign, workforce transition, and organizational change.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and guide leaders through the change journey.
• Develop communication, engagement, and change champion plans across multiple countries.
• Track change readiness, adoption, and post-go-live outcomes to ensure successful implementation.
• Support the development of internal change management capability by sharing best practices with the PMO team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO change management standards, governance, and methodologies.
