Job summary

The Western Union Company in Manila is seeking an Analyst, Change Management to plan, coordinate, execute and monitor change activities for small to moderately complex initiatives.

You will assist with impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and adoption measurement, while maintaining change artefacts and reporting. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days in the office and a solid grounding in MS Office and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in change management, project management, business analysis, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting or delivering regulatory and compliance change initiatives within banking/financial services is valued.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assists with change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and adoption measurement.
• Supports simple to moderately complex initiatives and projects with limited financial impact.
• Maintains change management artefacts including communication materials and readiness plans.
• Coordinates change management activities such as communications, sessions, and training logistics.
• Tracks change metrics, stakeholder feedback, adoption measures, risks and dependencies for reporting.
