Job summary

Western Union is seeking an Analyst, Change Management to support planning, coordination, and execution of change management activities for small to moderately complex initiatives. You will assist with change impact assessments, communications, training, and adoption measurement to drive business outcomes.

Under moderate supervision, you will develop artefacts, coordinate readiness activities, track metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of change effectiveness across projects.

• Supports change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and organisational readiness activities for assigned projects and workstreams to identify business impacts, change risks and adoption requirements.
• Develops and maintains change management artefacts including communication materials, stakeholder engagement plans, readiness assessments, training materials, change logs, implementation support documentation and status reports.

The Analyst, Change Management supports the planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of change management activities for small to moderately complex initiatives and projects. Assists with change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, organisational readiness activities, reporting and adoption measurement to support successful business outcomes. Works on simple to moderately complex assignments and minor projects with limited financial impact. Performs duties under moderate supervision, applying a broad knowledge of change management principles, practices and procedures and exercising sound judgement, analysis and initiative.
