Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a proactive Change Management Analyst to support organizational transformation by implementing effective change strategies and ensuring smooth transitions. The role focuses on aiding adoption of new processes and guiding stakeholders through change.

You will work from the office in Mandaluyong, Philippines, collaborating with teams to plan and execute change initiatives and develop communications for leadership messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business/HR/Communications/OD/Psych).
• 0-3 years of experience in change management, consulting, project management, communications, HR, organizational development, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating professional communications and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of organizational change initiatives related to business, operational, technology, and transformation projects.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses to identify affected groups, risks, and support requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document stakeholder feedback through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and engagement sessions.
