Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Change Management Analyst to drive people-centered business transformation across impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and learning. You will contribute to international transformation initiatives and grow OCM capabilities within a global environment.

The role is full-time with a day shift, hybrid setup in Makati/Alabang, and a competitive salary up to PHP 90,000. You’ll join an award-winning workplace focused on development and stability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years direct OCM experience in people-centered transformation.
• Experience across impact assessment, engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption.
• Involvement in change delivery, transformation projects, or PMO environments.
• Experience supporting learning needs analyses and training content.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assess business processes and identify people, workflow, and project impacts.
• Develop and recommend change management strategies to improve readiness and adoption.
• Create communications materials and stakeholder updates.
• Execute plans, track progress, and manage risks or issues.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and project teams.
• Support users before, during, and after implementation.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery principles.
