Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Change Management professional to lead planning, readiness, and stakeholder engagement for Claims Transformation initiatives.

You will draft communications, coordinate training, and track adoption, with Pragmatic use of Prosci/ADKAR or similar frameworks. On-site work in the Philippines is expected about 80% of the time, with a 6–12 month engagement and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, business readiness, transformation delivery, or operations change execution.
• Broader insurance operations experience is required; direct claims experience is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating detailed activity plans, managing multiple stakeholders, driving follow-through, and escalating delivery risks.
• Experience supporting technology-enabled process change, operational transformation, or customer service initiatives.
• Experience preparing communications, coordinating training, tracking readiness, and measuring adoption.
• Working knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR, Agile change, or comparable frameworks is advantageous.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, written communication, facilitation, and project tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate change plan and forward planning: maintain the detailed change management plan task list with owners, dependencies, due dates, status, risks, and next actions.
• Support change impact assessments across releases, workstreams, stakeholder groups, processes, procedures, and user roles.
• Draft communications materials, stakeholder updates, FAQs, talking points, briefing notes, and change announcements.
• Coordinate training logistics, attendance tracking, training materials, job aids, quick reference guides, and knowledge checks.
• Support adoption tracking before, during, and after go-live.
• Document change approaches, templates, lessons learned, and reusable playbooks for future transformations.
