Job summary

Emapta Philippines seeks a Change Management Analyst to influence how employees and stakeholders understand, prepare for, and adopt meaningful business change across impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and learning.

This full-time, hybrid role located in Makati/Alabang offers a competitive salary up to PHP 90,000, exposure to international transformation initiatives, continuous development, and a stable, people-centered career.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
• Experience across change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption
• Involvement in OCM initiatives through change delivery, transformation projects, or PMO environments
• Experience supporting learning needs analysis, training assessments, and learning content creation
• Degree or related certification in Psychology, Communications, HR or related discipline
• Strong English communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Office apps
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in collaborative projects
• Empathetic and people-centered attitude toward organizational change
• Metro Manila-based or within ~1 hour of Makati/Alabang travel

Responsibilities

• Assess business processes to identify people, workflow, and project impacts
• Develop change management strategies to improve readiness, engagement, and adoption
• Create communication materials, decks, and stakeholder updates
• Execute plans, track progress, manage schedules, and mitigate risks
• Build relationships with stakeholders and project teams
